OUR PROCESS.

We have included an overview of our process so you feel in control and informed

through every stage of your design journey with Studio Pare.

PHASE 01.

INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION.

Your initial consultation will ideally take place on-site, enabling the team to get the best understanding of your project requirements. During this one-hour meeting, any necessary measurements and photos will be taken, we will speak to you in-depth about your needs and wants, as well as your budget and any other significant contributors to the project.

FEE PROPOSAL + PACKAGE SELECTION.

Your Fee Proposal will be provided to you within 1-2 weeks of your Initial Design Consultation. This document clearly outlines our package options and inclusions, scope of work, your fee summary and next steps.

Our Design team will assist you in selecting the correct package for your project requirements. An overview of our Design Packages is available here.

STAGE 01. PRICING.

A fee of $220 will be payable at the time of booking your Initial Design Consultation. This fee covers the one hour site visit and consultation with either Natasha (VIC) or Haylee (ACT and NSW).

PHASE 02.

NEXT STEPS.

You, the client, are required to:

Sign and accept the Fee Proposal documentation
Selected your design package
Pay the Phase 02. Fee

Upon completion of these items, our team will create your Design Brief and start designing your dream space!

DESIGN PROPOSAL.

Your Design Proposal will take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete and will be presented to you either in person or virtually. This visual presentation will comprise of a variety of material and surface samples, fixtures and fittings, along with 2D and 3D visual renders to give you a strong sense of the design direction and mood of the proposed design.

PHASE 02 PRICING.

The Phase 02. Fee is outlined in your Fee Proposal and is established by the individual needs of your project. Payment of this amount is required before the commencement of any of the Design Proposal works by our design team.

PHASE 03.

ALTERATIONS TO DESIGN PROPOSAL.

There are often small alterations that are required to get your design just right and Studio Pare allocates 2 revisions per project. Unless there are significant changes to your design proposal, these alterations will be presented to you in a more relaxed manner, either via email, in person, or virtually. This will be established by the lead designer on your project in conjunction with you on a case-by-case basis.

NEXT STEPS.

You, the client, are required to:

Sign and accept the Design Proposal documentation
Pay the Phase 03. Fee

Upon completion of these items, our team will commence the Procurement phase of the project.

PROCUREMENT.

Upon approval of your Design Proposal and payment of your Phase 03. Fee, our team will finalise your design documentation, FF&E Schedule, and if you have selected the Full Interior Design Package, we will begin procuring your selections on your behalf.

PHASE 03 PRICING.

The Phase 03. Fee is outlined in your Fee Proposal. Payment of this amount is required prior to commencement of any further works by our design team.

Note. If you have selected the Direction Package you will not have a Phase 03. Fee.

PHASE 04.

NEXT STEPS.

You, the client, are required to:

Pay the Phase 04. Fee

Upon payment of the Phase 04. Fee, our team will commence the Project Management phase of the project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

This final phase sees your project realised! The Studio Pare team will be busy arranging delivery and installation of your selections along with liaising with your builder and trades to ensure everything runs smoothly and to time.

PHASE 04 PRICING.

The Phase 04. Fee is outlined in your Fee Proposal. Payment of this amount is required prior to commencement of any further works by our design team.

Note. If you have selected the Direction Package you will not have a Phase 04. Fee.

COMPLETION INSPECTION.

A pre-completion inspection is conducted upon completion of work to identify any faults, and request repair ahead of property handover.

PROPERTY HANDOVER.

HOME SWEET HOME! Your design project is complete and your property is ready for you to enjoy and make memories in.
