A qualified Interior Designer and the visionary behind the Design Masterclass, Natasha O’Shea brings a refined and highly considered approach to every project at Studio Pare. Shaped by years of industry experience, extensive international travel, and collaborations with leading architects and master builders, her work reflects a deep appreciation for natural materiality, timeless design, and the quiet sophistication of thoughtful detail.

A graduate of Billy Blue College of Design with a Bachelor of Interior Design, Haylee Codina brings a layered and multidisciplinary perspective to Studio Pare. With a background spanning fine arts, graphic design, and luxury fashion, her work is informed by a strong appreciation for composition, detail, and the emotional experience of space - allowing her to approach each project with both creative intuition and considered precision.

Drawing inspiration from global architecture, art, and the cultural context of a space, Haylee’s interiors are defined by their balance of refinement, personality, and enduring sophistication. She has a natural ability to harmonise colour, form, and materiality in a way that feels deeply intentional, creating environments that are not only visually compelling but thoughtfully connected to the people who inhabit them.
