Nestled in the heart of the newly established suburb of Cardigan, Cardigan House is a contemporary sanctuary set on the outskirts of Ballarat. With breathtaking views of nearby mountain ranges, this stunning home offers a serene escape while embodying an industrial modern minimalist aesthetic.

Built in early 2024, Cardigan House is a testament to refined simplicity, where clean lines, a neutral palette, and carefully curated materials work harmoniously to create an atmosphere of tranquility. Designed to accommodate the evolving needs of a growing family, the home seamlessly blends functionality with effortless elegance. Expansive glazing maximizes natural light, open-plan living enhances connectivity, and a thoughtful material selection grounds the space in warmth and sophistication.

At the core of Cardigan House’s aesthetic lies a meticulously chosen material palette that embodies modern minimalism with a timeless appeal.

Polished cement serves as the foundation of the home, offering a sleek and durable surface that introduces understated texture and depth. This material establishes an industrial elegance, setting the tone for a contemporary aesthetic. Black accents provide bold yet refined contrast, enhancing the overall sophistication of the space while reinforcing its modern appeal.
